If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us, within 60 days of your purchase, and we will make it right for you. We offer replacements, substitutes, or even full refunds (limitations may apply).

Returned/Refused
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or you simply refused it, or the post office was unable to deliver, you will be refunded or credited, less the original shipping costs, once the “unopened/sealed” package has been returned and carefully inspected by our warehouse.
Wrong Item/Shortages
If you receive the wrong order or an incorrect item please email us at [email protected]. Please provide your order number, and explain the issue.
Lost/Stolen
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for a package that has been lost or stolen. If there is a carrier tracking number, then your order is in the hands of courier used (UPS or USPS).
If the order does not make it to its destination, or is late, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim.
Cancellation Requests or Ordered Incorrectly
Although we always do our best to honor cancellation requests, once a package is shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or make changes. Our order system is streamlined, so please contact us as quickly you can. If your package has not left the warehouse, we will be happy to cancel your order, or make requested changes.
Wrong Item Received/Item Missing
If you received the wrong item, or part of your order is missing, please contact us with 48 hours of the date of the delivery date.
